Product equipment introduction:
- The main machine is welded with 16-20 carbon steel plate, strictly heat treated, and the whole steel plate is cut.
- Pneumatic support design makes cutting more stable. A large-stroke automatic centering chuck is used.
- All screw holes above 4mm on the entire bed are planed and milled by COLGAR large milling machines.
- The whole machine uses an electric timing oil pot to reduce equipment losses caused by insufficient lubrication.
- Follow-up support system, three-level shock-absorbing protection support, can adjust the height in real time according to the height of the pipe when it rotates, and achieve perfect support during the cutting process
