It is mainly composed of a material rack, a feeding mechanism, a translation mechanism, and a grooving mechanism.

Working Process

  1. Workers place a whole bundle of pipes on the material rack.
  2. After the equipment is started, the feeding mechanism feeds the pipes from the material rack to the first station - the positioning station. At this station, the pipes are adjusted by rollers. When one end is adjusted in place, the probe receives a signal and stops the adjustment.
  3. The translation mechanism moves the pipes to the second station - the grooving station, where the equipment performs grooving on one end of the pipes.
  4. After the grooving of one end is completed, the translation mechanism moves again to position and translate the other end of the pipes, and then performs grooving on the other end.
