Before using the threading machine, a no-load test should be conducted to confirm its normal operation before formal operation can be carried out;
The reverse switch of the threading machine should be installed in a convenient position for operation and should be safe and reliable;
After using the pipe threading machine, the power should be cut off in a timely manner, and the iron filings should be cleaned to remove any oil stains on the machine. When not in use for a long time, it should be oiled and stored properly.
The threading machine generally runs at low speed. For those with a gearbox, the appropriate speed should be selected according to the quality of the threading, and it is not allowed to accelerate step by step to prevent deformation of the threads or pipe ends. The oil level in the gearbox should be maintained within the specified range;
It is not allowed to use hammering to tighten or loosen the blocking foot, feeding handle, and movable marking plate on the back of the pipe threading machine. When threading a long pipe, the end must be padded and laid flat to prevent swinging. After threading, the feed handle, back stopper, and pipe clamp should be loosened, and then the pipe should be slowly withdrawn to prevent damaging the threads;
The threading is formed in one go, and oil should be added to cool and lubricate the threading area each time to ensure a smooth threading surface and extend the life of the die;
