Thread threading machine is a device used for threading pipes according to the actual situation during the installation of pipe components. The threading machine is an electrification of the manual pipe thread twisting plate before 1980, which makes the pipe thread processing during pipeline installation easy and fast, reducing the labor intensity of pipeline installation workers. There are currently three types of galvanized pipe threading machines:
- Pure manual operation of the original model, the cutting and threading of steel pipes by workers after loading are all completed by manual operation of the handle. The manual work intensity is high, and the quality of the completed products varies greatly;
- Pneumatic semi-automatic models are equipped with pneumatic cylinders for rib stripping and threading after manual feeding. The disadvantage is that construction sites generally do not have a gas source, and specialized air pumps are required for machine operation. Moreover, the quality of threading is closely related to the air pressure, which can easily cause damage to the threads. The length of the threads is all manually adjusted by limit switches, making the operation dangerous and prone to damage;
- Hydraulic semi-automatic models, where the rib stripping and threading are all completed by hydraulic cylinders after manual feeding, have the disadvantage that the hydraulic working medium, hydraulic oil, is sensitive to temperature. China has a wide geographical area, and the phenomenon of machines not working properly due to temperature is frequent. Long term work also causes hydraulic oil to heat up and dilute the quality of machine processed products, which is unstable. The thread length is all manually adjusted by limit switches, making the operation dangerous and prone to damage.
The high-speed structure of the electric fire pipe threading processing equipment consists of a machine body, an electric motor, a gearbox, a pipe chuck, a die head, a cutting tool holder, a feed device, and a cooling system. The electric motor of this threading machine drives the pipe locking device through a reduction mechanism, locking the pipe and rotating it together with the pipe. The threaded cutting head does not rotate and is pressed against the pipe end by operating the axial pushing mechanism, cutting threads as the pipe rotates.
Manual steel pipe threading machine threading rules: This threading machine cannot be used alone and must be equipped with a pressure vise to clamp the pipe before threading. The pipe locking device and the die holder are integrated through the machine body, and the pipe locking device is fixedly connected to the machine body. The pipe locking device locks the pipe so that it does not rotate, and the thread forms an axial feed mechanism to adapt to threads of different pitches. The required workpiece thread is fitted, and the workpiece is clamped on the matching pliers of the bracket. Then, the handwheel is turned, and the thread automatically pulls the workpiece to cut the thread. The length of the cutting thread is controlled by a connecting rod with a stopper installed in the bed body. The thread cutting head is automatically disengaged by the connecting rod transmission, and the spindle has multiple speed settings for easy adjustment.
