  1. There is a fault in the switch circuit
    After the threading machine completes threading, when the drag board feed control lever is pulled back to the starting point, the fixture does not open, which is usually a problem with the wiring or switch. This type of malfunction can be attempted by manually turning the travel switch to see if it returns to normal. If it is a wiring issue, manual operation can restore normal operation; If there is no response, it indicates that there is a fault in the switch circuit and the switch needs to be replaced.
  2. The fixture has no clamping action
    During the process of threading, the clamping system cannot perform clamping actions normally, which is usually caused by the malfunction of the oil cylinder and oil pump. This type of malfunction can generally be checked by checking whether the oil cylinder solenoid valve is working or whether the oil pump is powered. Once the above problems are identified, they should be replaced immediately.
  3. The spindle cutter head has no unfolding action
    The failure of the spindle cutter head to extend the blade is usually caused by the servo motor not working. It is recommended to check whether the power plug and communication plug of the servo motor are loose. If there is no looseness, touch the motor housing with your hand to check if it is hot. If the housing temperature is too high and exceeds 75 degrees, the motor needs to be replaced.
  4. Pump overload alarm
    During the operation of the threading machine, if there is an overload alarm of the water pump, it may be due to circuit phase loss, overload protector tripping, or the water pump being burnt out. You can check the circuit, overload protector, and water pump in sequence to eliminate the problem step by step.
  5. Oil pump overload alarm
    In this situation, it may be due to circuit phase loss, overload protector tripping, oil pump burnout, or pipe diameter specification not matching the gear. You can check the circuit, overload protector, and oil pump in sequence, and adjust the intelligent threading machine to the appropriate gear.
  6. Servo front limit alarm
    The servo front limit alarm may be caused by sensor damage or misoperation. It is recommended to replace the sensor or manually increase it to zero after the signal disappears. If it is a servo limit alarm, it should be manually reduced. When the current position is less than the tool zero position, it should be reset to zero.
  7. Servo drive alarm
    Servo drive alarm is generally due to drive failure, it is recommended to shut down and restart.

  8. The gearbox of the threading machine will be lubricated by forced circulation, using # 46 engine oil for lubrication, with a general viscosity of 41.4~50.6E40, which can be adjusted within the above range according to the working environment temperature of the equipment.
  9. Does the lubricating oil in the gearbox of the threading machine need to be replaced? It is recommended to replace it every six months.
  10. Lubrication of guide rail sliding block: The guide rail sliding block is located below the support plate of the chuck system. Before use, an oil gun will be used to add oil once. It is necessary to regularly lubricate the surface of the guide rail, and it is recommended to do so 1-2 times a week.
  11. To ensure safe transportation of the threading machine, it is recommended to use a forklift (designated forklift location) or lift (designated safe lifting location).
